eHalo is a collaborative travel planning application that allows users to create trips, share them with others, create checklists, polls, and access their itineraries offline.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You retain ownership of the content you create. By making trips public, you grant other users permission to view and clone your itineraries. You are responsible for the content you share.
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. You must not upload harmful content or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
The eHalo name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of eHalo. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, eHalo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
